Probably one of those products where they promise you a free additional product for leaving a review. So you leave a good review but never got the other product. - Feds91Stammer

I get it, but I will say, theyve need doing a fair job policing themselves. Granted, you dont want your star players doing that, but they do it anyway. - aecliptic
Bruins need to get bounced. I think we can beat TB or Toronto. If we play them we need to have played like 10 games, maybe a sweep. It’s gonna be difficult but I’d love to try
I don’t believe anyone can beat us tho. I truly feel like that if we get things rolling we are the team to beat, and I’m not apologizing to anyone for my positive nature |

[quote=aecliptic]Well… lets break it down…
Kreider, Ziba, Senko
Bread, Trochek, Kane
Kids
Vesey, Goodrow, Motte
Cuylle
Lindgren, Fox
Miller, Trouba
Mikkola, Schneider
Harpur
Who are you benching? - OLDSCHOOL#6[/quote
No one. But, while they are extremely talented, they are woefully soft by playoff standards. I was hoping to add a little muscle, it’s unfair to ask Cuylle to be the teams policeman.
Disagree with this narrative that you need a policeman in the playoffs. Of course you need to be physical and able to withstand the wear and tear, grind other teams down on the forecheck repeatedly, etc. But look who always gets benched as the playoffs go on each year. It's the guys that can't keep up. Foot speed kills (or kills you) in the playoffs.
It's why we love Motte so much. The kid line can grind and forecheck with the best of them, if they get back to last year's playoffs level. We all know what Kreider, Zib and (recently) Trochek bring. |

Agreed. I was thinking more of a 7 game match with Boston, Tampa or now the beefed up Leafs. But, they’re a very talented top 9, maybe teams will not be able to match up against all 3 lines, especially if they click at the same time. - OLDSCHOOL#6
Health is obviously a major factor with any team. We’ve gotten extremely lucky this year so far |

They’ll get PP goals in bunches again I bet. No one is going to take liberties on us knowing that |

With Kane and Panarin out there, teams will be less likely to pinch in fear of getting burned. |

The classification of Saver's duties are quite easy to define as he began his career under the guidelines that allowed for a longer work day which would bring a greater opportunity for income under the September 1942 legislation in Cook County, brought forth by J. Ernest Whitaker for more rights to the working class of general labourer in the midwest counties and surrounding areas. When utilizing his skill set in this new landscape it became clear the use of intellect and proper verbage would set the young man apart from other young men who stood together in their description, both physically and in terms of work ethic and real world skills. This led him to the world of law and order such as he had never known before this opportunity opened up the path before him and he then would come to know it and know it well as he continued to struggle and learn and provide for those around him like his family which consisted of those people to whom he shared a blood relation as well as living space, meals, laughs, heartache and also sleeping space for they had a need of him that he had not experienced before nor would he again until the winter of 1971 when the courts would decide that the rights of free men were to be constrained. Through these darks times he would study and travel through the land to learn more of the perils of the working class in order to stand up and fight for the rights of every man who would be effected by the aforementioned legislation and the man behind it, namely J. Ernest Whitaker himself and by doing so brought a rekindling of the need for counter-legislation to prevent the horrors that might otherwise by brought down upon the common working man. He would stand and deliver orations that would need further classification under the law and help others who would take up this brave fight to stand before the courts, the law, the lawmakers, the lawbreakers, the commons and the mighty and deliver such sound as fury to signify the days of sitting and moving forward were over. This tradition would continue in the manner in which it was intended and no such legislation would ever be moved through the land in a meaningful fashion or timeline again until the days of his people would end through whatever means they might meet their timely end and all others would benefit from the consistent and ceaseless vigil they would produce.

Great point. I think we all forget last year that the Canes series really swung our way when they couldn't keep their cool after Trouba's hits and we buried them on our PP chances.
We lost that Tampa series cuz we ran out of gas and had players like Hunt & Reaves in the lineup. Couldn't score when we needed it. The promising part of this team is that Drury has clearly addressed that. Time will tell if the chemistry clicks and we are able to withstand the physical grind, but you need the offensive upside and speed on the roster. |

Smart move by Ottawa getting a fine cost controlled D for two more years. Would have thought there might be a better package offered at the TDL. |
