As I've explained to you numerous times. There is a difference between a GM or someone talking to a member of media about a player AND, now this is the difference here. Talking to a member of media, whether friends or not, about an official position or future specific plans of the team he works for. Other than general responses such as we're going to rebuild. Or we're going to be active in free agency.

Allison signed a cheap two year show us deal and the Flyers, not even half way through that with 45 games played are pulling out on him. He is 25. Just stupid to not give him next season to show additional improvement.

Right now if Tippet is in your top 6, you are not a contending team either. However anyone watching can see there is a lot more there with Tippet and his ceiling is absolutely a top 6 forward. With Frost, though I admit he has proven he can play in the NHL, I really can't say I know what his ceiling is. It may be a top 6 role someday, but I just don't think it will be on the Flyers.

I keep reading anyone with a brain or anyone watching comments. Factual data was provided to you on Frost that shows that your statement of there is a lot more there with Tippet and that he has a more defined ceiling is incorrect. They are very equal in terms of quality of player and talent. You dismiss those facts and stick to the narrative.

I'm sure not everyone agrees, but I appreciate Alf and the job he did on here. I have nothing against busting chops here and there, as long as it doesn't involve personal insults, foul language, and political bs. Of course we will have disagreements, and it has been especially frustrating being Flyers fans so the disagreements can be a bit tense at times. Bottom line is that we are Flyers fans and want the best for our team. If we can keep it relatively cordial like it's been recently, there is no need for a mod.
