So we are drafting Will smith at number 5?

he's a god damn centre and he already knows our god damn GM.

But will he even be there at number 5?

Who knows, he should go anywhere between 4 to 6 imo.

I think a lot depends on how far the Russian slips, if at all.

I expect him to slip at the very least outside the top 3.

Then it could get crazy if he's still there after pick #5.

I think he goes at #4, he's been moving up in the draft lists of many in the past 2 months.

All it takes is a team or two going defense happy and poop can get wild.

Michkov is the wild card IMO, but the top 2 a locked then you have Carlsson whom in would also love (Sundin type). Slipping to 6-7 would still mean a great player but there is a drop for sure.

it's based on luck though, I sure won't cry about it if they don't win the lottery since it's out of everyone's control.

I am not greedy, I will take the #2 pick and let one of the other team rebuilding grab Bedard.

I wouldn't be shocked if Dragicevic finds himself in the top-10. Some team will be staring at the Pietrangelo comps and make a gamble.

Maybe then they could actually sell out every game, rather than give away a big chunk of their tickets.

Btw Lane Hutson's younger brother is a (frank)ing monster. Might go 1st overall in 2025 if he can get over 5'9.
