I know Smith was also having a great tournament and could be seen challenging Carlsson at #3. Not impossible...RHD, 6'2"...but this is a heavy forward draft with lots of smaller skilled forwards, curious to see how things workout.

My wife had her board report day and one of the board members talked about how in her daughter's class they have two kids (12 years old) who identify as animalkin and will bark and meow their answers to questions. One lady thought they were "furries" and my wife had to tell them...no, furries are the people who dress up in animal costumes and have sex...not dumb children pretending to be animals.

Apparently it was a weird lunch. At least she got it for free.

yeah, I know you don't Pete lol. I can't say I fully understand it either because I've never lived anything like that and never heard about this before recently... there's this youtuber who identifies as "they" (he's a dude) and was talking about how he didn't identify with male and female identities as social constructs, and the traditional roles associated with them. other than that he has a girlfriend and looks completely normal lol.

so there's more logic to it than identifying as a cat, or a chicken...
