Thanks, way to long for me to type to fight with this idiot - nyrangers9479
Hey, we've all been idiots on here!
Tom seems to like applying the black and white nature of statistics to other things that have far too many moving parts for simple classification.
...or, he's being an idiot. Who am I to say? |

So you're advocating for the less productive player. Again, that just math. - tomburton99
This is a silly comparison to begin with. They were not the same type of player. The hopes were high for Nash as we were starved for a superstar. He was never as dynamic as Panarin even on his best day. On the flip side, Panarin is simply incapable of being even remotely competent on the defensive side. He doesn’t have size, speed, or the iq. Nash didn’t make his teammates better but he put up goals, sometimes. His rangers high was 27 assists.
But if we’re forced to choose one I don’t see how anyone being honest with themselves doesn’t choose Panarin. For all his frustrations he kicks Nash’s ass in every single offensive metric by miles. So much so that it offsets his deficiencies on the defensive side. Hopefully the new coach gets even more out of him |

Why would they keep the skills coach? He’s probably the biggest issue on the coaching staff outside of HC - picklerick
I thought they announced that whichever assistant handled the PP was the only one not fired right after GG went?. |

Do you know what Kreider’s high for assists is, do ya? Huh? Huh… do ya?
Would you rather have Kreider or Panarin? |

A) I did not start this. As a matter of fact I think comparing them is silly, as I mentioned.
B) kreider is now better than Nash was
C) I think my point was lost. Could be my fault. I’m on no sleep

Looking more likely a coach is named before the end of the week, and a good chance it could still be Hynes lol
I seriously can’t believe this is real |

Of course it's real. It's James Dolan and Chris Drury. They only care about James Dolan and Chris Drury. |

It's not so bad that it effects your breathing, but the haze is easy to notice.
Crazy times. |
