personally I wouldn't mind if the deal makes sense, but all the fans whining about him while he hasn't even played a game in a habs jersey yet has me thinking it's probably best if he doesn't play in MTL, there's enough whining already as it is. |

I mean, they could use a guy like him. My worries are more about him (frank)ing up the salary cap situation. I don't think they can afford to take on another 7-8 year deal at whatever will be his salary demands. That and giving up huge assets for him.
I must say, he does carries red flags with how he has been handling himself so far, even if it was about Tortorella back then, or the fact that multiple players want out of Winnipeg right now. |

not saying he's an angel, but those are potentially very valid reasons lol...
as far as salary goes, Hughes won't be dumb enough to mess with the structure the habs are trying to build, if PLD isn't budging down from that 9 mil then it won't happen.
