But you have to see how unrealistic you are in what you want and expect to pay for bottom 6 players.

The fact is that paying for 4th liners that won on other teams is not a smart strategy. Goodrow is prime example. Focus should be on finding the next goodrow, not signing him after he won. Why I think the bertuzzi talk is crazy. He’s gonna be wildly overpaid. Easier said than done but buying past success in a cap league is a losing strategy

Well, Bertuzzi is also not a bottom 6 player. Hes a 2nd liner with the potential to be a 1st liner.

Not at all, I wanted Kostin last year (ppl on here said why would they trade him, he then got traded for a bag of pucks) and had a very good year for EDM.

I mean, Howden sucks also, and when u have a 7th overall pick, you need to give him playing time. Is it on Lias that his career sucks? Yes. Are the Rangers partially to blame for not developing him properly to at least be a productive NHL player? Yes.
