I like both those players, but the Leafs need to make sure they add bottom six players who’ll score goals. That was a massive missing piece last season. Also, they need a defenseman who can score. Dumba wouldn’t be the worst signing imo. He’s polarizing, but brings a lot of energy.

Leafs are in a weird position: 5 guys taking up close to 60% of the cap with 3 of them needing a raise.

It’s a (frank)ing mega pickle.

Definitely an overpayment. Doesn’t play overly physical. Not offensively gifted. Tries to always be in position, but often isn’t. Gets beat to the outside every game. Turns the puck over often.
