If the math is right, and they keep Robertson (which would give them 12F, 7D, 2G), then they have $1.57m for Samsonov if they buy out Murray or $2.25 if they trade him.

Now if a larger deal is made - like a Nylander or a Brodie it changes the entire cap landscape. Given that they have just sacrificed a LOT of defense by adding Klingberg, Domi and Reaves - who are all poor defensive players - I would hope they'd keep Brodie.

he doesnt hit...much at all..Kerfoot hit more than him.

I’m eyeing Anaheim for a Nylander trade. They just drafted a big Swede at #2 and kinda overpaid Killorn. They might be interested in taking a big ticket fellow Swede like Nylander. Can the Leafs get their 1st in 2024 along with some other picks and prospects?

They move their own 2024 2nd and Murray to Chicago “future considerations”?

Poor snowflake Leaf fans melting down from the hitting and physicality that is to come. Seriously, I’m also concerned. Did anyone see the Stanley Cup Finals? Literally not one hit or any physically dominating players. Absolutely nothing but figure skating and finesse. Not a single fight or any after whistle rough stuff just love and hugs and cuddles.

Also Matthews registered his first career fight these past playoffs.

Stamkos used his fists to pass the torch to Matthews.

Gotta say, so far, I like the Leafs' moves better than Tampa's.

Although, Tampa did get some addition by subtraction by losing Whorey Fairy and Fat Balloon.

Leafs gained some more sandpaper. Bertuzzi is a nice add, if he works out and you can resign him. If not, you only invested one year to find out.

I don't care what anyone says, Domi blood is worth something. It's like Tiger Blood.
