Idk man. Who knows what's serious or not anymore. - tomburton99
I clearly made a case for why I think K'Andre should remain on the blueline in an earlier post

Well I did it in CF.
2.5 for Laf
3.75 for Miller
That gives Vlady like 1.42 max I pretty sure
In a pinch maybe they can retain a portion on Goodrow, but it doesn’t seem likely he gets traded |

Did the last buyout opportunity pass on goodrow? I know it wasn’t likely to begin with |

On vaca and I’m bored AF, so did a little common sense in my mind…
We have to look at the big picture with Laf, and to a lesser extent now with Kakko. If you look at Chytil, this year his stats really finally pop off the page when you look at them, his 5th season. And no doubt he looked like a different player, majorly passed the eye test. Pretty much all year he did that, so the consistency was much better. He’s ahead of the the other two by a year and two years in development. So the fifth year should be key for Laf and Kakko (which they haven’t reached yet) Couple it without very little PP time/3rd line minutes, 2-3 covid disrupted seasons/camps and you realize maybe they aren’t as underwhelming as it seems. It’s a slow progression, but this is why patience is key.
They just need more ice time to take the next step, I hope the org realizes this |
