It’s interesting to me that it’s fairly obvious to anyone what Botterill is doing with #Sabres (speed, scoring, character etc). Also interesting that no one has a clue what the hell Beane is doing with #Bills now. Jeez.

Well, I don't know many knowledgeable hockey people who are convinced that
- the G position without a bonafide starter with experience is the best strategy
- they have a bonafide partner for Power at 4D. There are valid questions around Clifton that will need to be answered.

So, I believe these remain his top priorities. I feel more comfortable in him sorting out the D, not so comfortable in him addressing the G.
