I personally think he’s gone and this good deal will help the EK trade.
Yes. I’m going to relate literally everything to facilitating the trade. - Brownsoldier
If they value POJ over him there is no reason to keep him. At that price he is a good asset for a trade. |

It would be kind of funny if Galchenyuk lost whatever residency status he had and got deported back to Russia and then got drafted and had to fight in Putin's war . He was never an exceptional player but was pretty good for Montreal for a few seasons. I suspect that he was wasted on coke all the time by the time the Pens got him because that was when his career took a real "nosedive". - PghPens668771

He’s American born. How does that work? - Feds91Stammer
Well you see, he hasn't earned his American status. He hasn't played enough good hockey to warrant it, so he eventually becomes Russian and gets deported. |

Can’t you just ask Putin to be Russian. Like that other hockey player. Lebsic I think his name was. |

I refuse to get into a battle of wits with an unarmed man. Just like everything else in the supposed real world........money solves everything That is why we as a country are in trouble. They do not want to solve the homeless problem just throw more money at it. It does not fix it....it just keeps the money flowing. It is so obvious and money does not solve everything I bet you are in favor of reparations - broncohorvath
I bet if we could hear your voice, you would sound like Charlie Browns teacher

Not sure he does. I think Smith was more a victim of waiver exemption. Granted there were injuries, but Sully was playing Smith top 4 on his offside when he was up. And everyone was reporting they'd have kept Smith over POJ after training camp.
Honestly I think they're both pretty good and may have second pair potential. They're probably both blocked from that though, and it's hard to see Sully playing them together though, so moving one makes sense. |

Yea I think I'd rather keep Smith but I'm not gonna complain which one of them goes if we get a good player coming back. |

That was training camp tho. POJ had a great year despite some late season struggles. |

He did have a good first year. But Sully still wanted to bench him for Kulikov, so I don't think his spot is secure. |

I wouldn't be so sure that was a Sully decision. Kulikov isn't the type of D he really likes. |

Coach makes final lineup decision out of all available players. Definitely a Sully decision. |

I'll tell you that it definitely wasn't a Hextall decision lol, Sully knew Hex wasn't staying, he surely wasn't kissing his ass. |

Prediction: the contract will be brought up in here any time he has a bad game. - MattStrat
That's just hockey buzz. You can replace Jarry and Dubas with another player and a GM from every team.
It's amazing how many fans live game to game. (not suggesting you are one of them to be clear)
