Glad you're still free from the nicotine. Yeah, maybe that reinforced smoking action also reinforces puffing more doobies. I've been basically straight edge since I quit cigarettes almost 5 years ago, although I've started having glass of wine or cocktail here or there. Still a mad dog caffeine junkie though.

Caffeine is the one thing I gave up as well!! I haven’t had a coffee since Halloween for instance! I have a green tea every 3-4 days and that’s about it now. Back when I worked 50 hours a week coupled with playing in an indie band I drank a couple pots a day because I routinely only had 3-4 hours of sleep each night. A bit more if I was able to get a band member to stay sober to handle the drive home but that just added a nap in the back of an Astro lol

Coffee or green tea is pretty good for you, but I gotta cut down because I'm at the couple pots level myself. I like that matcha tea, that's got a more gradual curve on the caffeine level.

Due to being on disability atm I find it hard to keep myself busy enough to get tired without loads of caffeine in my system let alone with it there.

I just wasn’t sleeping worth a poop anymore and that can ramp up the seizures so I gave it up. Except when I was in the hospital for 19 days back in February and March, enjoyed that safety and had 3-4 teas a day then lol.
