Ah man there's a tradition here where the directors are invited to the annual lifeguard training session. It was all fine until they finished with a beach entry race. I finished 2nd but man the cardio took a hit.

It was actually the VP of the zoo who was a lifeguard for 6 year, did competitive swimming all his youth, still swims 2-3 times a week. As a guy who basically swims only when I'm obligated i think it's a decent performance.
