nothing worse on a hot summer day.

did a job in mich for close to 2 years. contractor didn't put a porta potty or a toilet for most of it. used to get pissed when i left to go to a local gas station. no way i was hanging my ass over a log with all the bugs.

Since I know nothing (nor really care to...) about football, I figured I'd tell ya what I made for dinner last night. One pot meal.
Potatoes, cleaned and cubed to large chunks.
Fresh sausage, your choice. (Kids like Italian, so we used those.)
Onions, peeled (duh) and cut in large wedges.
Brussel sprouts, cleaned and trimmed. Cauliflower and broccoli work here, too.
A bunch of homemade harissa paste.

Basically, coat everything in harissa paste. Mix it real good. Drizzle the veg with a bit of extra oil, not much, as the sausage will bring fat, too.
Spread out in a large roaster, bake at 400 for an hour, remove the sausages, mix the veg, and give it another 15-30, or until the potatoes and veg are cooked to your liking.

Serve with a light salad to cut the richness.
