I have low expectations for this year again, they should finish last in the division, close to last in the conference, I expect another pick between 5 and 10th overall. Takes a while to rebuild, draft and develop those kids.

I think Heineman is better than 3=-4 bottom players on the current roster.
I can only hope there's a couple of more trades.
