People are underestimating how bad this D group is. There is no legit #1 nor a legit #2. Sanheim is a generic 2nd pairing guy, York is still a question mark and the rest are a combo of 3rd pairing players and borderline NHLers.

If they were to move Hart before Christmas, they could easily finish bottom 3, especially if any of their top 4-5 forwards miss any significant time.

I think they could package hart and konecny for a 4th rounder. Coots will be harder to move. Now that Atkinson is likely in the morgue all of that should make us finish last and get the 3rd overall. Man I wish we had done this last year for Bedard but we didn’t get rid of CF in time.

You’re trying to convince me after a good rookie 50 game season, because Myers was supposedly “exposed” in the only playoffs he’s ever apart of, that was it for you? You knew he was gonna be bad. Myers basically kept Ghost out of the line up and was relied upon heavily next to Sanheim on the second pair all through out that 2020 run.

What does Boston have to do with anything if you’re not talking about the round Robin? It was you who said in Myers only playoff appearance he was exposed and you knew he wasn’t going to be good from that time forward. Ghost is a factor considering he was scratched a lot during that playoff run. Ghost played 5 total games of 16 in that run.

The Habs outplayed them for much of that series and Hart stood tall! The Isles were clearly the better team in that series. Timely scoring (I think the Flyers won 3 overtime games) and Hart somehow got that series to 7 games.

His positioning and reads are why he is not a regular.

Was also then I started to question why he wasn’t drafted. And why didn’t Calgary jump to sign him when he was invited to their camp.
