Dobes is further down the line and not because of Primeau or anything like that. He needs experience, its his first year as a pro.

They can let Primeau go, but Dobes wont be ready before 3-4 years. And by ready, I mean showing his god damn nose in the NHL.

It takes time for prospects to take off, patience is needed.

The problem with most fans is the lack of said patience.

Primeau has yet to play a game this season and you are already talking about him failing.

I guess that's a very common thing for sports fans in general, but at the end of the day the important thing is that the management team doesn't succumb under the pressure and make decisions to please the fanbase more than about actually doing what is right for the organization.

for Primeau they probably feel he still has untapped potential, I doubt they'd have kept 3 goalies if they didn't see anything interesting about him.

noice.

I'd definitely prefer to live in Iwalk though, they have more of a laidback not so much in-a-hurry vibe.

He has a history that sets a precedence. Chance or no chance…….probably a reason there has t been a chance…?? Ever think of that?

I’m not giving up on the kid, but there comes a time to poop or get off of the pot. How long will you wait for a 7th rounder??

really..? how many "chances" have the habs given him exactly? the way you talk about it makes it sound like the habs have been waiting after him to get good for over a decade lol. goaltenders take the most time to develop, look at the current active goalies in the NHL, there aren't many guys at 23 years old or younger.

also, Gally was a 5th-round pick, the draft order shouldn't be taken into account at this point.

it's when he uses it as a verb that you're in trouble.

or in for a good time, depending on what you're into.
