I’ve never had a problem with joker , he’s a good guy to have in case of injuries in the top 4

Something I noticed about the pp

Too much passing and not enough tage 1 timers
The pp1 only plays a minute or so before they change . I like to see the pp1 unit play 130-140 ish , not 60 seconds

Not putting okposo out for the last 52 seconds on one of those PPs might have helped

I agree they need to find a way to get the tage clap bombs going again. Mitts on the opposite wall brings the threat of a cross ice pass and one timers from that side as well

they will never move Juuse Saros outside of an absolute implosion organizationally.

I think Carter Hart has a chance, but I think the cost benefit to Buffalo won't let them make that deal.

After they woke up yesterday things went well

Western team at home 1pm missing makar and mack for a portions of the game thats exactly how it should have went. Halfway thru the 3rd it looked like the avs just wanted to get out of there

UPL made some big saves in the first half to keep it scoreless

Every time Bryson and Johnson were on the ice the sabres were hemmed in. Hope the defense stays healthy because its not good enough

E..J has been awesome IMO. Guys just solid everywhere. Makes moves I wouldn't think hed still be able to make (quick enough). Clifton I think is taking the brunt of the fans anger, 1 cause hes the new guy and its just easy, and 2 hes had some bad luck, pucks bouncing off him into the net, pucks bouncing over his stick right into the slot. Hasn't completely been his fault IMO. I think hes been better than people here have given credit for. Tough head check to avoid too the other night too.

If they bring up Kulich he may be able to take that 1-timer opportunity on the opposite side. Make teams think twice about cheating, Give Dahlin a guy on either side. Olofsson didnt work their in the limited time this year but he also shows little effort.

Johnson has definitely been a steadying factor on the PK, was surprised he played 19 minutes yesterday. Not gonna say much on Clifton, haven't liked his game. But he is new.

Skating is there. We need him to calm down and stop pressing his panic button...that makes him just go in circles around the net.

Agreed on EJ, what a pleasant surprise. He isn't great, but isn't the anchor I thought either. Was actually worried he was Bryson level or, dare I say, even worse.

Breakout has sputtered at times. I think they're bringing that center in too tight towards the top of the circle and it's letting guys crash down on us easier.

It should be olofssons spot but he sucks. He is totally useless and the second he lost his spot on the PP he should have been sent to the moon
