Thanks for the info, Bill. Good to see Frost back in the lineup and apparently centering some talent. Would be awesome if that line produces. However, it’s gonna be a tough game to explode offensively. Hoping for just a solid responsible game against the Canes |

Canes have been allowing a LOT of goals against so far. Looks like they corrected it last game. |

What are the expectations now that Frost is back in lineup?
Is Andrae injured? I saw he went down this weekend. Not sure of severity. |

Bill Meltzer: Flyers Gameday: 10/30/23 vs. CAR - bmeltzer
Bill it seems pretty clear to me that Frost will eventually get moved. Can you shed any light why the 2 co-GM's cant get on the same page and keep/put Frost in the lineup to increase or at least hold whatever trade value Frost has at the moment? If your truly rebuilding how can that even be debatable to leave him out?
Are there other issues we are not privy to such as off ice approach, practice habits, or things of that nature?
Also if he was moved today, what kind of return would you expect back based on your opinion or anything you may know that we do not. thanks. |

Seems to be a tough game to come back but Frost should want the challenge. I assume he will be behind the pace to start, hoping he picks it up as the game goes along.
Sitting RP, why not sit one of the wingers on the 4th line and let Laughton play wing?

Well, they can't market the PHD line anymore. Deslauriers is apparently unscratchable. I guess I get playing him against heavyweight Ross Johnston, but who do the Canes have to fight? Tony D?
A Laughton - Poehling - Hathaway line would actually be interesting to see. Fast, skilled, physical. There is even a fancy nickname there if you call them the Airport Line (PHL). |

also very sad and pathetic that no dman in LHV can beat out belpedio |

That's a solid 4th line and a good nickname.

The played the NHL roster together just once in preseason, got one home game, and then went on a long road trip where they barely practiced. The time away was a definite mess, but looks like having a couple actual practices have helped immensely (Especially for Orlov, who looks WAY more comfortable now).
Team has been rolling Slavin, Orlov, Burns and Skjei heavily the past two games with Pesce out. |

Andrae got trucked by Berard on the first shift of the game, near the benches. Shoulder to sternum. Tried to get back up, went back down to his knees and left the game. No update as of yet. Might have hit his head after the impact. Hard to tell.

Great news to see Frost back. Now what I'd like to see is that he be given an extended stretch of games to see if he can get his mojo back. I don't think a 1 game return type of thing is fair to any player after extended absence. |

Rebuild! Belpedio is the future! He’s a young 27 years. Who in the heck wants to watch some 20-24 year old cut his teeth in the NHL when the prospect of a winning season is so real? |

Oh no, now we move on to how much he sucks because he didn't dominate the game after sitting out 5 straight games.

don't expect him to take over the game, but he also wasn't injured. he should be plenty motivated and is healthy.
