I commented about how bad I thought he was playing, almost as bad as Joshua. Both have been playing much better ever since I said that.

Having the coaching staff with guys like Foote, Gonchar, RT, Twins, Clark, Samuelsson, Higgins, and Komisarek must instill a lot of confidence in the players. To me, Miller seems emotionally fragile. I think he benefits from the professional aura this coaching staff brings.

It's a long way from Jason King.

I got to give credit to management too. I like this new bottom six and defense additions. It's weird to say this, but the entire roster seems more likable than seasons past for some reason.

Or maybe winning just makes everything better.
