One thing of note about Vancouver's hot start - they have a really solid core.

Generally, 3 stars gets you in the playoff conversation.

The Canucks have 5 (Hughes, Pettersson, Hronek, Boeser, Miller). And besides Miller they're all really young.

There's still holes in the roster but teams with 5 youngish stars make the playoffs 4/5 times.

How it will be a real test and that you think the players want that test, it's great beating a team 10-1 but these guys have to want to test themselves against teams they see as their equals or better, If RT has them dialed in it should be fun, not to mention they'll be wearing those black jerseys they say they all like or they're told to say that to help FA sell more jerseys.....enjoy the game.

So I've been watching since puck drop the BU vs ND game. 5 minutes left in the second 2-2 game. I've watched pretty well the entire game except when all 4 goals have been scored. I walk away to do something for a minute and they score.

Willander is looking alright. Making plays and isn't bad but looks near dead at the end of a lot of shifts. On 2nd PP unit.

ND is #3 ranked in the nation though.

Koskenvuo playing for Harvard vs Princeton has given up 2 goals on 21 shots half way through the 2nd.

One you hear his name a lot, the other you wonder how much he is asking playing today
Aiden technically is lined up with Willander but on the left side, Lane Hutson plays 30 minutes a game it seems so you don't get to see Aiden much.

Haven't seen him on the ice about half way through the 3rd period. Eyes glued to screen. Willander was on the 2nd PP unit that scored the go ahead goal in the 3rd.

Aiden Celebrini may not have played after the first period. I did not see him at all past the first.

Well personally, I am happy that we have something to refresh the ongoing discussion here, yes a recap of yesterdays game is mailing it in...but top of the page and a couple of weeks before we hit bottom page again,

And as for Drance and Dhaliwal having a cat fight and Faber and Quads (whomever that guy is) who the (frank) cares, soap opera drama, don't watch D&D and only read Drance because of Athletic subscription (most readers mock him to poop).

Quick recap, focus on a couple of pros and cons, then set up the next opponent, god damn I miss Carol.
