Look, we argued whether your claims about the overruling was speculation or not and if there was proof like you claimed in the draft table video. There's no proof of any of this in the video or linden comments. Read my comments about the collective decision... it makes more sense if you care.

A collective decision is not a overruling. JB is the only one of the bunch that could overrule(aside from owner) and he went with the collective decision.

I have my own Linden story. I don't think this reflects on his story about the draft at all but I can confirm 100% he has lied.

In 91 I was working for the general contractor building his house on White Ave in Kits. It was my first construction job. We built forms for a wine cellar after the concrete pour inspection and buried it after a secondary pour. They wouldn't have passed the plans for a door through the front load bearing wall. Later when the house was complete and passed all inspections we went back and I jackhammered a doorway through that wall... cutting the rebar and all making this house structurally unsafe. It's the crooked poop that FA gets accused of ironically. Linden has since sold this house that should have never passed it's foundation inspection.

TBH, I think your employer looks worse in that situation as the contracted professional. Unless Linden offered a bribe, he can ask for anything he wants, no laws are broke by asking. Can't say the same for your employer. Hell, after bill c-45 (Westray Law) was passed in the early 2000's, you could have been found criminally liable regardless of what your employer told you to do.

You are right that fulfilling Linden's request was on them but Linden sold that house to someone who had no idea that the structural integrity was compromised.... but Linden did.

If I ran the odometer back on a car I sold... I would be lying about the cars condition even if I were not asked if I did that... even if I got a crooked mechanic to do it.
