It was good to see the team win even though they played poorly, but hopefully that was jet lag legs and they are up for a good test on Saturday.

The whole country will be tuned in, media will be pumped and pro Leafs, refs will be pumped and pro Lea....errr, unbiased I should say, but Canucks better bring their "A" game.

Friedman: the other thing I’d like to say about that story coming out… there’s a lot of reasons that particular Canuck regime (Jimbo and Linden) was not successful, but the fact that 6.5 years later this is still being litigated is another reason why that Canucks regime was not successful. Last night was a wonderful night for Hockey. I don't mind the bickering back and forth. It serves as a reminder of what an absolute shitshow the Benning era was. I mean, they're still paying for the guy's stupidity. It also gives me a greater appreciation for this start.

I don't think this level of goal differential is sustainable over the season, but the way they're playing definitely is. I'm sure they'll hit some snags, but the baseline is there for them to be very competitive

Everything is coming up Milhouse this week. I even got to watch the Royals beat the Rebels on Tuesday night.

I don't think this level of goal differential is sustainable over the season, but the way they're playing definitely is. I'm sure they'll hit some snags, but the baseline is there for them to be very competitive

I do think they can be the top scoring team though. I think they are a top 3 team for GF and GA maybe top 10.

Seriously though we are one third through November so each game now shows more and more where we fit in overall.

I don't know if Canucks are that good but I think it is a combination of teams being that bad, some teams passing their prime and Canucks have a well balanced team.
