They have to feel good about themselves tonight, on to the next one.

It's just Edmonton, not like they're up against Vegas, should be an easy win.

No cap space, plus Joshua and Studnicka are subject to waivers, not to mention you keep the same lineup if it works until it doesn't. Why mess with a team that hasn't lost in regulation since they played in Tampa?

Probably just waiting on that regression to their mean after they lost two early on in the season, no?

What, you want to hear me say I was wrong? Yeah, they seem to have figured things out, good on them. It only took them 10 years, 3 GMs and several coaches and numerous mistakes before they finally hit the winning formula for 11 games.

Just the culmination of you poopooing their additions this offseason, but moreso pumping the breaks after two wins as it was too small a sample size, then jumping on your high horse after two losses as that was a good enough sample size. Still a long season and there's lots of room for ups and downs... but ya, you were wrong

But, feels nice to actually have a solid start to the season. The team is playing well. Hopefully with the additions and a guy like Cole who has Cup pedigree, they can mentally weather the inevitable bumpy streaks.

Lefty dropping $10,000 a seat and coming in here and bragging about it.
At least Don would be dating a gal whose family owns a luxury suite and getting in free while drinking high end tequila at the host bar.

What was Cole’s fight like? Did he handle himself?

Got revenge for the hit on Hughes. Cole was a fantastic signing

Much better built D. Can hit & be physical where needed & break out.
Sure makes it fun again & watch prospects hone their skills.

"Rebuilds are fast and always successful." "Canucks fans can't handle a rebuild", they can once it's turns in the right direction.

It will come to navigating the cap next to win. Most teams that win cups have to pay for the cups wins after they have won.
TB had Point, Sergachev, Cernak, Cirelli, Hagel on bridge deals
COL had Lekhonen, Toews, MacKinnon, Manson, Nichushkin on cheap deals.
STL had Dunn, Thomas (ELC), Kyrou (ELC), Schenn, Perron

Both the Abbotsford & Vancouver #Canucks grabbed shutout wins tonight.

Thatcher Demko: 27 saves
Arturs Silovs: 23 saves

Abbotsford had a few previous games where they had given up 18 goals combined. Last night was a good bounce back.

Garland played 12 noticeable minutes yesterday. Hopefully that's enough to get another team to trade for him. Have seen on twitter that there are many scouts from other teams watching the Canucks games nightly. Van clearly has been talking to a lot of teams as Elliotte had mentioned.

Was a big gamble for Tocchet to personally take over responsibility for the PP, and so significantly alter the club’s approach given that the #Canucks have had a very productive power play the past few years.

That gamble is pretty clearly paying off.

Sedins spending some time working with PP2 at practice.

Guaranteed PP2 goal tonight?

I don't think it's Tocchet on PP duties.

You remember when you said how great Ottawa was going to be this year as well?

Their future was much brighter than the Canucks.

The Sens have a good roster, they’re just in need of putting the right people in charge like the Canucks did. DJ Smith is a bad coach, needs to be fired like their GM. Fired by Christmas is my guess.

Just been reading about Edmonton’s woes. They in big trouble That Darell Nurse contract may be league worst. He makes Myers look Norris-worthy.
