nothing much on the menu so far I just came back from a quick run. I barely do 10 mins or so at a time if I run, but I try to do it every day ish.

it looks like crap outside. I would take snow over this weather all the time, every time.

on wednesday they said there was a chance of flurries for like an hour. i feel like i saw one flake when i was sitting at a red light at like 1:30 in the afternoon that day. but that could have just been a carcinogen dropping from the sky blown down from north jersey.
