Im sure he does and Im not saying that cause Im a sucker and he's a referee

I really believe deep down that this man who is also a referee (not that it matters, you know?) has a HUGE PENIS!

- deadpoulet

Having played hockey with him and hung out at pubs...

I can confirm things...

they'll be fine, still 2-3 years to go
- fidopro

Didn't we say that 3 years ago? and 6 before that? and 12 before that?

Look. Think on it this way. Your superstars suck and make little money and will sign for little money, so in 4 years they will be uber super amazing contracts!

Losing Dach was HUGE. Our top 6 is thin to start and you take away your 1B centre and things are bound to be rough
- braidan

With Dach in the line up, they still need 2 more top 6.

So... thin is a very large understatement.

Dach is the main reason why this club is down the poops...

Here's the thing:

When he's in the lineup, the opposition must cover his line.

When not in the lineup, We can clearly see that our 2 franchise players getting paid 16M+ can't do poop 5 on 5...AKA can't carry the team.

Worrying.

they'll be good when the dcore is mature. most of them are still not on the team!! Hutson, Reinbacher, Mailloux, Engstrom, Trudeau, wifi.....
they'll likely join the team next year, then add 2-3 years more so they can reach their peak.
patience!
and that of course needs to be done while the coach changes his defensive system. or that they change the coach, either way, I don't give a poop.
they could have the best dmen in the league... they would still suck with that system.

Maybe.

Or maybe their way of doing things will also evolve.

For the time being, I'm not ready to move on from MSL. I think the team is doing fine with him around.

Agreed about the system.

I love Ghule. The rest of the depth ?Not sold on them. Some promising talent that can hopefully graduate

I think the core will be Guhle and Reinbacher. these 2 should eventually play 25 min each.
then for the 2nd pairing... make your pick. plenty to choose from.

Considering the rank they picked him, and the other options available, he better be.

it wont happen but I think they draft players too early at 18 yrs

They should not be able to draft players untill they are 20 at the earliest. Its too hard to figure out at that stage where a player will end up in the NHL

no idea how you would then deal with guys like mcdavid or Conor Bedard, the league will never wait for guys like that

but other than that, it would make more sense in general

During today’s Assembly of Members, the #QMJHL passed a resolution to officially change the League's name from Quebec Major Junior Hockey League to Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League.

An English logo was also unve

Barron and or Mailloux on the right side

I have no idea how Mailloux is doing in Laval, nobody here is talking about him

a lot of options on the left side after Ghule

it may depends of the style they want to play
