For whoever watches the Blue Jackets' games, what are your thoughts on Pascal Vincent? The team seems to be going nowhere, but is it on him, the players or the GM? (or a combination of those, of course)

In my opinion the HCPV has not done a good job, but that's partly offset by the hiring problem in the summer, another year full of injuries, and the fact that the veteran players are not playing up to their potential. A lot of that I blame on HCPV.
Ultimately, its on the players.
