While I don't think Suzuki will be a PPG+ type of player, but when the opposition only has to focus on one line, kinda (frank)s up your ability open up your game more.

I think Suzuki has more in the tank, was hoping the emergence of Dach this season would let us see more of it.

Having both Dach and Newhook in the lineup would give our team way more interesting possibilities up front.

At least the Caufield-Suzuki-Slaf is producing some great results, both in production and underlying numbers.

Did you expect them to win the cup this year?

They are slowly improving, will get another good pick and keep building.

I feel like we are exactly on track with the plan.

Takes longer for D to develop, so when this fast, offensive D is ready then they can add F. But if the D can't get out of the zone it doesn't matter how good your F are

I have been impressed with Slaf's game since November.

He is using his size more, he is a lot better defensively than I ever imagined, protects the puck well.

He just needs to shoot more, he always seems to be looking to pass to Suzuki or CC, rather than taking the shot himself - even when he is in a good shooting position.

well he on track for 73 pts and there no Dach in sight, easy to see he can be a PPG +, question is how much + ?

I think he can do 85-90 pts in 2 years and consistenly

Damn, that'd be very good.

I think he's more of a 65-75 guy down the line. Which is fine.

Now of course if Slaf fulfills his destiny and becomes the Slovakian Jagr while Cole wins the rocket richard, sky is the limit for the Suze.
