That's my biggest worry. A torn labrum cost him a season and then he had a lower body injury this year. We all know the kind of luck that the Flyers have had with injury prone players.

Reading up on Drysdale this morning. I believe Anaheim rushed the kid to the NHL and it cost the kid a season with injury. It's not just about skating and skill, especially for a defenseman, the players body must also be developed enough to handle the NHL. We saw this with Zamula, he had the height and the ability, but got knocked off the puck way too easily and needed time to develop physically. It's lucky Drysdale was still very young when he got injured so hopefully body has healed up. I think Torts and Shaw will do a much better job with him.
