If these guys are all turning themselves in it means charges are coming. It was turning yourself in or getting arrested. Their complete innocence is a strange hill to die on but some people just cant separate real life from fan worship.

In my opinion in the case where a woman is intoxicated, whether she invites you to do something or not, be a man and protect her, don't take advantage of her.
