Great for the franchise, he’s been lights out good as a GM. I suspect he’ll overtake Pat Quinn at some point as the GM with the most wins in franchise history and Mike Gillis with the best winning percentage before he’s done.

The Jason Richardinson and a 2024 2nd round pick to Chicago had me a bit worried. He turned that trade into Josh Bloom who was a late 3rd round pick. Not great.

Yeah, the 2nd was a steep price for dumping that salary for sure. I guess I wasn't looking far enough back in trade history. That's the only egregious one though, and Bloom could still turn into something.
