Dude!!! All year you’ve said we’re good enough!!!!. Now all the sudden we aren’t!!! wtf man!!! Take a stance and stick to it!!
!!!! We’re for all the ones I get - Slimtj100
Have you watched how they have played for the last month and half?? Things have changed, for now, for the worse. They have to figure out what happened, if they dont, you just dont go and trade more prospects and picks for a flawed team.
I like to see a good sample size, I dont go game to game like most, the sample size of the last month and half has me very discouraged. |

That would be bad, and I'd be first in line calling him an idiot. - blacksheep1
I think we dodged a serious bullet last night. Jmo. I like Lindholm but not that much like. The best is off the board probably which I think works in our favor |

I’m willing to bet that he floated the rumors out there so he’d get traded somewhere else and he never intended to trade for him. Doing this to get the dominos started.
Besides I can’t imagine this place today if he traded Kakko and Schneider for a rental. It would be epically bad in here - Slimtj100
Simply because trading Kakko and Schneider for a rental would be epically bad.
They may not be the key to winning the Cup this season, but they are NHL regulars on team friendly (or close to) contracts. You don't trade roster players for the sake of making a trade. If Lindholm was Drury's target and he decided the cost was too high, then good on him for folding his hand. The next pot might not be as big, but a small win is better than a loss. You don't get to bluff in the playoffs. You either have the hand or you don't. |

There's no way Kakko nets $4m per in his next deal. The $2.2 he makes now is pushing the limits based off his performance. I would give him another $2.2 one year deal to have him show me he deserves a contract similar to Fil's. |

Yes Brukie I have watched. I’ve watched every single second of rangers hockey this year, (except maybe 298 minutes or so). I see a very good team. I see a team with flaws sure, but because the roster is the pits and littered with AHL players. I see it fixing itself with better players added around our best players. Igor needs to be better no doubt, but I do have faith in things and that’s is one I believe can turn it around.
Forgive me, for I have sinned believing in
them😔 |

they have it just no one wants it to be traded lol Schneider is the one, but we’ve been down this road a zillion times
they’d rather wait and maybe the off chance were better in 3 years to take a run at it. You know much has to happen for us to be good in 3 years? A lot. One of them being finding someone as good as Panarin.
It’s mind boggling how few people don’t see this. We’re guaranteed to be good this year with a few moves, nothing 3 years from now is guaranteed. It’s just fact - Slimtj100
I think trading Schneider makes them worse going forward. Lindgren is hurt a lot and a free agent. What if he is gone what do you have on the right side behind Trouba? |

I wouldn’t trade them for rentals, I’ve said this numerous times. I want a center with term |

Can't, have give him 2.6 to qualify him. |

Man, we were off on KK's salary yesterday. That's not like us, as a group! lol
He's making $2.1M now, so the minimum qualifying offer would be $2.31M. For the season he's had, I don't see signing him for that as an issue. That's why I don't feel he has to be moved right now. If we can CLEARLY get better, that's one thing. But, trading him for another under-achieving player is unwise, IMO. He has too much potential and is not breaking the bank at the moment. |

Trouba replaces Trouba in 3 years. And everyone will be miserable but it’s exactly my point…Great we’ll have Schneider in 3 years, but we won’t have Panarin and his 100 pts and we’ll have nothing to show because we didn’t trade a top 4 defenseman. Again, mind boggled 🤷🏻♂️ |

I thought it was minimum + 10% of his current $2.1M?
Edit:
Is it because he's actually making $2.4M this season? I thought it went by cap hit. |

I think he'd be awarded more by an arbitrator based on the fact that that he had an 18 goal season last year
Rangers don't want to be put in a place where they'd have to walk away from an arbitrator's decision either |

He’s the damn captain ffs lol it’s just not enough for me to not trade Schneider. That the only leg you can stand on with it, and it might not even be true that he’ll be gone. He’ll be 32 I think 🤔 |

I know but you still need 2 other RHD men to compete for the cup this year. Who knows if Lindgren can stay healthy and without Schneider going to create another hole they wished they upgraded at the deadline |
