Like when you tried to convince everyone that getting Kane was the final piece to our Cup last year...Remember how that worked out. - Brukie
Can I blame goodrow or no? What is the point of him if he can’t will his team to not lose a series up 2-0?
At the time, Kanes goal in game 2 was gigantic. But yea let’s put everything on Kane |

The board was very split on that. I'd take a Kakko-Kaliyev trade simply because Kakko looks like a bust. |

I think Kakko fits in LA, and why it makes even more sense for both teams.
Maybe he could get Englund for Gus in it too. Englund is a mean bastard |

No you said Kane was the final piece. What else is there??? Oh you mean that the team played like poop. You never know how trade will affect team chemistry. |

I said after they got Tarasenko they didn’t him anymore, one or the other. I blame GG too because he barely played him with Panarin which was the whole point of getting him imo. It ended up being overkill I’ll give you that.
It didn’t work but doesn’t mean they don’t still need trades this year
Kaliyev is me actually thinking 3 years ahead from now if you can believe that. Where he’d be our bonafide 1-2RW with laf and, Perrault as the 3rd one |

Goodrow had his best game as a Ranger ever in that series, and was far from the reason they lost.
Kane's goal was sick, but I believe it put us up 4-0 in Game 2, so far from "huge". Unfortunately that was the highlight of his time here |

Gotta say, any the end, I don't think it matter who he played with. He was cooked. |

If goodrow isn’t there to prevent that series from going cluster(frank), what is the point of him? It can’t to be to eat salary cap space
It put us up 4-1. With like 14 minutes left. I just watched it lol
Kane had 6 pts in the series so he did “something” at least |

I believe it was all Dolan. Drury probably didn’t want to do it, and once they got Tarasenko is probably dumb. What else can I do to make it better lol |

Three years from now? Didnt you say you didnt care about the future because the Rangers window is now?? If the Rangers future is now, isnt it better with a defensive minded player as KK?? |

Because oft the Kane topic? No. What can we/I do. It's history. The ink is dry. Hopefully Drury can find a 1 RW, a 3C, and maybe a D-man. |

Kaliyev is definitely more so down the road than he is this year. Get Blackwell, he could do the exact same thing as Kakko does now, 3RW I mean |

Predictably the Lindholm trade to Vancouver has sparked trade discussions in Montreal with Sean Monahan. At least two teams remain focused on the veteran center and continue to do due diligence.

Still not finalized, still details to be worked out, but all indications are that the Montreal Canadiens are trading Sean Monahan to the Winnipeg Jets

Edit: Drury can't keep waiting |

Just seems to me the rental prices are too high and you’d get more bang for your buck with a term guy. Whether it’s Kakko for that guy or not idk |

I would not do that, but Tortorella most certainly would. Frost is a dynamic player (at times), especially if he has a coach that will let him play his game. The Flyers do not need any more skating projects -- Brink, Forester, any number of their prospects. Someone is going to get a Patrick Sharp level return. |
