Those jerseys are so bad. - aecliptic
Yes they are. Not as bad as the Isles though, Chiefs wouldn't need to wear additional blaze orange duck hunting. |

Seems like they are trying to make it similar to the NY WPHA look. |

Brodzinski is not an NHL player - jimbro83
I know that. Neither in Wheeler and Goodrow. If I'm forced to keep 1 in the line up, it's Brodzinsski. |

Im just thinking about the guy they are currently using at 3rd line center because they don't have Chytil, and that's Brodzinski
so Im looking to upgrade Brodzinski
I don't care about Lindholm's advanced stats this season when he's probably the guy matched up against guys out west like Mackinnon, Eichel, etc
that doesn't matter to me in my hopes to upgrade from Brodziski at 3rd line center

Ok that's fair. But in my thought I do not want 2 centers (Zibanejad and Lindholm) struggling at 5 on 5. Per the Brooks article, he has 2 goals in 25 games. On top of his steadiness defensively in question. It's risky.
Again, I know we need a center. I'm open to trading for one. But it's gotta be the right one. |

Im not buying this season. Im not letting one down year on a team hes clearly fed up being on supersede what hes done in his career. - aecliptic
So we're just gonna ignore Players for the flames not playing well and not mention that some players on that team are still good? (Markstrom, Zary, Sahrengovich, Coleman, Andersson). |

Kakko is well past his expiration date. He may score 25 goals someday, but that won’t help the Rangers now, or in the near future. Should be gone.
Zibanajad’s issues are not with his legs or hands, they’re in his chest and gut. Please don’t roll out his accomplishments, it goes deeper than points.
Don’t know who the real shesterkin is, but with his current deal up at the end of next year, I certainly hope we don’t have to endure another 8 year deal for a goaltender. It doesn’t work.
Drury needs to look at this teams window for a championship as closing quickly. The core is underachieving with NMC save Panari who is the only player that makes others better. They need a jolt.

Lindholm. But I don't think Every shift Lindholm is seeing the toughest matchup either. Again, i think trading for guys down a down year career probably isn't the smartest move. |

According to your chart he is. According to the stats, only Crosby and Erikson Ek have taken more faceoffs than Lindholm in the NHL. |

That's great, I'm happy he's winning 56% of his faceoffs. He's only taken 38 more defensive zone faceoffs compared to the offensive zone. So it's not like he's taking a huge majority of his faceoff pinned in his own zone. |

bottom line
if we acquire Lindholm, he's going to be 3rd line center in a conference with nowhere near the type of centers in it that he usually faces every night as a #1 center in the Western Conference |

Maybe not but only 3 people average more ice time than him on CGY and they're all defenseman, the next closest forward has 1:30 less ice time than Lindholm, whos playing nearly 21 minutes a game. |

Lindholm wouldn't have to play 21 minutes a game anymore, and neither would Trocheck. Even though this team hardly plays PP2, having Lindholm makes its far more capable since he's one of the best in the league at faceoffs. |
