I haven't watched Toronto much this year, but after watching them for 10 minutes I can confidently say, they Suck with a capital 'S'! They're soft, completely soft. And what's worse for them is they don't have any money to get players that are actually hard to play against. If it were not Toronto, I might even feel bad for Leafs fans. - jd250
They have 4 great players, 3 of which are elite. However, after that their depth is suspect. Knows is a really good young player but he’s not all that but. After that, not impressive. Their defense, especially without Reilly, is not good. They’re not built for tight checking physical playoff hockey.
I thought the Flyers played a good first period and not to start anything, Frost is noticeable in both ends. |

This team looking like a buzzsaw again. Every shot blocked. Bounces going their way. Everything. |

if Laughton gets traded, do you give Sanheim the 'A'? |

gotta love when Cates just strolls in and strips Tavares of the puck in his own zone. - anti-lame
I feel like the signing of Tavares was the Leafs downfall. Yes, really good player, but that stigma he has of "just showing up, getting his points then going home" is pretty much the easiest way to sum up the Leafs.
They obviously the core loves playing together and feed off each other, but I just see "just enough to get paid". Sure they always give that fake speech about hating to lose, but their play doesn't reflect it.

The skating, aggression and trying to make a play instead of letting the play just happen is what I feel is most improved.

The Leafs have a better point percentage than the Flyers do.

Did Marner just ask D-Lo nice and politely not to cause trouble? |

the puck movement on the pp - that's a team that trusts one another. |

No result but that was one of their better looking PP. |

He is really good, but I would still take McDavid, MacKinnon and Kucherov over him any day of the week.
