Thanks again Bill. Yesterday's article was a gem. Be great if the Flyers can pull out a win tonight. Haven't won in Toronto since October 2019.

Re: Couturier's groin pull: Groin pulls are tough to come back from and be completely healed as more than anything the muscle needs ample time and protein to rebuild in the region. I distinctly remember Simon Gagné and Ron Hextall in their careers having difficulty healing and getting back into the lineup, sometimes coming back too quickly only to have to sit out again.

Really hoping they beat the leafs but this will be a challenge. We have trouble with these high skill teams I find. Maybe those 3 forwards will still be out for tonight’s game.

I would imagine if the Flyers are willing to trade their best defenseman and one of the best in the league, that they will get a big return and there will be wide spread interest. It will be good for the Flyers as a rebuilding team to recoup the assets they spent in acquiring Ristolainen.

I think the issue people have with him is his salary and the assets given up in the trade for him.

Maybe. We might just need to ride it out with him. At least he’s a serviceable dman. I just hope that some desperate team comes calling.
