More money is not always a better fit, and I'm sure alot than they could get to be comfortable in their lives, not withstanding, EP claims that winning is his major factor, so a little less provides management the ability to build a winner

I’ve no qualms with 8/12m but I am saying it’s not a given he will get better. If I were to speculate & be right I’d be Uber rich & it certainly wouldn’t be wasted on what contracts age well.
