I can’t see Ekblad getting near that money/years. I like him, but his game is not that of Forsling’s and he has a rough injury past.

I think a shorter deal (either from the Cats or some other team in the summer) makes more
sense.

Certainly, I was solely referring to $ amount per season, not the term. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I’m happy Tarasenko was traded to you guys. Always liked him even though he requested a trade and then threw the gm under the bus. Still a very good player.

Army the gm signed Krug And Faulk to 7 yr deals with movement clauses for a huge price. Blues are doing nothing because of it. They need to sell the defense but nobody wants them or can take their contracts. Blues might just be screwed for a bit. Army sometimes has a trick up his sleeve. I think that has runout.

Gaudette? Oh the minor league guy that has played 1-2 games this year in the nhl? No idea. He is the leading scorer down there. Blues have younger guys they want to try out.

I was a Lightning fan for years because of the guys on the team now I like Panthers a bit better. Tkachuk Reinhart Bob. Also the style of play. I wish I could watch more games
