Atkinson still in the doghouse along with ND. They're going to have to put on their work boots tonight to beat the Rags and score goals on Shesterkin. That's the hard part for this scoring challenged team.

And what ever happened to the PK?

Kind of worrying there is no timeline on Seeler. I wonder at what point next season the first story will be written about he hasn't looked like the same player since his injury. Oh well, at least he got his $10.8 million.

I've got a bad feeling about this one.....
But hey, I've been wrong (pretty much) about the whole season so far, so.....who knows, maybe NY will forget to show up or something.

Seeler and Walker are not in the lineup. Goaltending has dipped overall.

Par for the course at the Flyers country club.

I love that the lineup includes Brink, Attard, Ginning and Lycksell, while Deslauriers sits. My only complaint is they have got to move Couts up in the lineup. I would rather see Couts with Brink and Farabee instead of Laughton. Would also like to see Couts get more key faceoffs in the game.

I like the way the Flyers have been playing in this last stretch, and the last time they played the Rangers they played a great game. With Ersson in goal tonight, I am hopeful the Flyers get at least 1 point in this game.

The Flyers lost 4 of their 6 defenseman to injury or trade.

I think the Laughton, Farabee and Brink line has been fine. I like the scoring chances Laughton has created by being on that line.

The lines are well balanced right now. Cates-Coots-Lycksell has been effective.

I have to believe that ND gets back in due to Rempe.

We will need Cam and Coots to step up over this final stretch. No reason for Coots to be on 4th line. Even if he is not scoring, he is doing something to help team. Strong faceoff guy.

F*cking Torts. Either butt hurt over the Captaincy or the fact that Coots hasn't screamed at him yet. I wouldn't be surprised if Torts wore nipple claps under his pullover. Particular kind of perversion needing your players to scream at you.

The Flyers play the Rags tonight and again on 4/11. I wonder if ND and Rempe will get a rematch this season or is ND going to be a healthy scratch for both games?

I see Kolosov’s team has announced his departure….interesting to see how long this actually takes.

They had their staged fight….don’t need to see that again. I have watched some of the rags games lately and Rempe does get running around. Guys just have to be aware when he’s on the ice.

I would too. Except the problem is that the other two lines play fast, that is what makes them effective. Coaches figured that out a while ago. And now that Coots is banged up, may have lost a 1/4-1/2 step. He's not slow, but not fast either. He needs to play with tweeners. Agreed it would be a way to take advantage of his skills to put him out on faceoffs and then return to the bench to take his normal shift.

Excited to see Kolosov and Peterson tandem with the Phantoms next year.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Flyers didn't try an experiment and just plug this kid in (assuming he can come over) and see what they get. Can't be any worse then what we've seen from Sandstrom. Leaves a question for next season as to how they will address the backup position. 3 goalie draft picks were all real good, but they are young, not likely to make the jump all the way to the NHL. Stranger things have happened, but is a longshot.

Rangers will be without 50% of their top 6 defensemen tonite.

He is so I am not sure about timing for this year. I assume he will split with Peterson next year. H

Yeah. That won’t matter. Really need the win but seriously tough sledding here.

I didn’t realize that Washington has two games in hand. Thought it was 1. I could def see us training them soon. That loss to Florida was a serious kick in the teeth.

I would rotate Kolosov with the Parker G guy. Sit Peterson the entire year. Maybe he gets frustrated and requests his contract be terminated. Fyers do not owe him anything. I would do the same with Atkinson and Johanson....
