I wouldn’t get cocky bud - if the McPower Plays don’t get 4-6 PPs at key moments on game you guys get dusted. Canucks are better constructed team, better coach, better system - flat out better. Edmonton will lose this one 5v5 like they were in LA

The NHL used to play the PCHA for the cup, even after all they did was change the name of the NHA to the NHL to they could change owners in Toronto.

It's ok though, the real answer to Wedgie's "bring it home" remark was to bring to to Stanley Park.

When it’s broke you fix it. We suffered a decade of it & cleaned mgmt house. That is who built it & they are shown the door. In the case of the Leafs the same course of action has to happen & heads will roll bet on it. Then it goes onto the offseason & roster restructuring.

Vegas did it, Colorado did it, Tampa did it and that's just the recent Cup winners. It's the general formula most contenders use to build their teams and it's not a secret. Even Vancouver (although they aren't close to being contenders yet) are doing it. Even your Red Wings are doing it (even if they're still in the process of getting above the bubble line and are close).

Good analysis but playing smart will be the challenge & stay outta the box. As you said Canucks cannot go away from what got them here.
