Yes but does Karlsson have a nmt clause.

M-NTC, 10 team no trade list per CapFriendly. Smart player, I would take him in a heartbeat for 3 x $5.9M.

I don't think the knights would give up their 1st round draft pick this seeing that it is being held in Vegas but maybe 2026 or 2027 1st and Karlsson

In my opinion, Eric Duhatschek hasn't ever been a crazy rumor guy and he just pointed out that it might be in bothe Vegas' interest and the Blackhawks for a deal where they take TWO Vegas contracts to get Vegas room to keep Jonathan Marchessault and William Carrier by having the Blackhawks take William Karlsson rich deal and Chandler Stephenson.
The 'hawsk get two "great pros" for the locker room, both centre / forwards.

It doesn't fill the want list of a much younger forward, but I have heard much poorer imaginary deals.

Prospect shifts is all the shifts of one game.

Or in Caydens case TWO?

You watch Red Deer or Calgary?

Would not mind getting young center Sapovaliv coming back in a Vegas deal. Though he looked good in the Saginaw games that I watched. Could be a good depth piece.

It goes to show you never know, i thought the Oilers are in trouble down 2 to 1, make an adjustment and now are up 3 games to 2.

I can see Edmonton and Florida in the SCF. Dallas just doesn't have the fire power and Edmonton has really improved their defensive coverage. The Rangers are having a hard time with Florida's forechecking. I also just read the Montreal blogger is calling it quits and wondered why their blog wasn't in French.

Even though Cayden has a much bigger height (and an longer inseam) than the smaller Demidov, I haven't seen Lindstom's legs opn like the St. Louis arch, like the Russian skates.

Who pays for the Russian speaking skating coach to spend a couple years trying to adjust his edging?

Does the team pay to improve the player, then the player might improve to a higher secomnd contract?

- wiz1901

So now its an “inseam” issue with his skating? Really? Lol.

I think Wiz is creatively trying to say Lindstrom has long legs.

The games are played on the ice so the better team on paper according to pundits may be Dallas but they have to prove it. Right now they are in a hole. Give Edmonton credit due.

I lnow what he is saying.. hes knocking demidov every chance he gets for what reason i dont know. Hes projecting injuries on demidov as though that injury couldnt happen to anyone else. Injurirs in a contact sport, who da thunk.

Maybe but, since they've come into the league the Knights have not been beholden to keeping draft picks. They've already traded away their 1st's in 2025 and 2026 and only have their 1st, 6th and 2-7th's this year.

Their modus operandi seems to be acquiring talent through trades and free agency and from what I've seem they seem to have very little sentimentality for keeping players past their "best buy" date.

Hakkareinen (sp?) was the guy you were thinking of I believe and yes. Yeah I don't see Raddysh having any appeal for Vegas either.

Bolland was built like a tank. Nazar has the height but not the body yet.
- rpeters01

That is not true.

Bolland was a skinny little poop who played big. If you ever saw him sitting in his booth at the pony you'd be like wow that creepy little dude plays hockey?

Watching him drive Joe Thornton to the point of insanity in 2010 was a thing of magic. Too bad he had that back and ankle problem. Def a fun player to root for.

You can if you’re willing to pay the price and also play a structured defense. By the way, their defense is slightly above average, much better than the Leafs. Bouchard and Ekholm is a nice pair, and Skinner is developing very nicely in goal. Would love to have Bouchard with Vlasic as the Hawks first pair.

Vegas has an old owner that says win now, don't know how much time I got left.

And they have a core group of Eichel, Pietrangelo, Hertl, Stone, Hanifin and Theodore so can't blame him for that. But like Tampa payment day will come eventually for not having much in the farm system.

Absolutely correct, skinny little sh$t best description for Bolland. As well as Thornton, he knew how to drive the Sedin twins crazy too.

Bolland comes from a little neighborhood pocket of Toronto called Mimico. Some real competive hockey and lacrosse players came out of Mimico - Bolland, Brendan Shanahan, Reilly and Brendan Smith, David Clarkson.

Yes, but Bouchard is never, ever going to be a shutdown defenceman. Neither was Coffey.

So what Coffey has done is given him the green light to join the rush and be part of the offence. And why not when the Oilers have the kind of talent they have up front?

Absolutely pressure the other team's defence and just don't make too many bonehead mistakes. And he puts Ekholm with him as his defensive cover. Seems to be working, the older guys on the Stars are having some real difficulties.

And the Oilers don't look too worried about playing Broberg on D either.

He's been really good this year. Even in his own zone.

Sure he cheats a bit and gets caught out of position trying to score but thats kind of why you have him.

You know i saw it with the Bolts, Kucherov, and I'm seeing it with the Oilers, Draisaitl and McDavid, when your star players have finally had enough and develop a certain nastiness in the playoffs. It's a if the final layer of learning how to win in the playoffs happens. Another neat thing with the Oilers is as the playoff series goes on they seem to understand as a team what the opponents next move is, i have to admit the Stars looked slow last night and Tanev not being a hundred percent is going to hurt them.

I lived in Mimico after I left my parents house. Lived in an apartment right on the Lake. I could stagger home from the Blue Goose, Bolland’s watering hole, after a night of imbibing. Of course this was a few years before Bolland was a twinkle in his father’s eye. I did go to the Goose in the summer of ‘13 to see Bolland bring the cup there but the place was a complete zoo.

I agree but at the same time from last year to this year he's so much better in his own end. I hope to see KK improve like this but he's still so young.
