yeah, goalie interference calls, I'm looking forward to seeing Rempe again though, one of things looking most forward to when this starts up again

No way to change that reputation other than putting him out there to prove it wrong. I feel like he made strides to that end as the playoffs went on. Obviously, in small increments, given his playing time. But, he went pretty much without incident throughout the post-season.

He really needs to improve his skating. He took himself way out of position every time he went to hit someone. Part of the reason I feel lavi didn’t trust him. If he can improve that it should help his overall game

If Rempe gets quicker, maybe more agile, the opposing D will be shaking in their boots/skates

The Rangers need to hire the same skating coach they brought in for Boyle, for Rempe. Think it was a woman named Barbara. Don’t remember fully though lol

Yea I know you mean. But that’s a good comp, Boyle/Rempe. He’ll be more of fighter but could have similar stats over the years

Idk if they’d do this, Cuylle on the 4th line, but a Cuylle Rempe Edstrom line is what we need vs the Floridas of the league. No question where the beef is on the team then

Only say that because of Othmann potentiallly playing LW3

Drury needs to ace these next few days. Trading the right players to add cap space and using that space to make this a better 5 v 5 Team

If he doesn’t then I think they are capped as a eastern conference finals type of team

Get it done Drury

I think Cuylle on the 3rd line with Colton and Othmann would be great.

The ask for McGroarty is a 1st. 30th won’t get him I don’t think, but maybe add a mid level prospect? Bedard? Sykora?

Suppose they go after Vincent desharnais? He’s a huge dude, RH shot. Trouba replacement. Wouldn’t be expensive whatsoever either

He says he won't play for Winnipeg or what?

Yup. The belief is he doesn’t want to play in WPG and that’s why he’s going back to college this year. WPG is actively shopping him. He’s a RW, fits what we need

Colton is definitely ideal for pretty much everything we’ve ask for since the playoffs ended. He’s a doosh and can let Chytil move around or traded

yeah, great, I'm all in on him if it's a trade involving #30 overall

Something tells me Othmann may be part of a package deal for either a Fox partner or a RW for Mika. He’s promising but we’re loaded down the left wing. Perreault is the real blue chip forward prospect.

all time #30 overall picks for Rangers

Pat Hickey, Jan Erixon and Doug Soetaert, all 2nd rounders, all of whom I remember well

#30 is likely 2-3 years away and that’s if whoever we draft even makes it. This kid could join the team late in the season after college ends. We have to many “B” level prospects so I have no problems adding any one of those to
Make it work.
