Riding Dan Cloutier and Alex Auld should get the Canucks to the playoffs while using a #2C who overachieved last year serving as your #1 should bring many successes, all while the fan bas tries to troll other fan bases.

Things could get spicy in here this season

I think it's gonna be a good year for the Canucks, to me this is a deeper team than it was last year, although the goaltending remains a question mark with Demko's injury.

Prediction time...

Snider was a beauty, franchise has never been the same without him. Excited to see both Michkov and Luchanko play in the NHL though. Should be an easy four points for the Canucks as they have the far superior team.

I got a kick out of Bill, who is a good blogger, complaining about the Flyers scheduling, to start the season. Usually that is a very Canucklike schedule.

I agree the Canucks are a far superior team, hopefully Canucks don't take them lightly.

Just saw Kevin Weekes post that Shesterkin has rejected NYR's $88M/8 year offer. It would have been the highest goalie contract in NHL history.

Good, he deserves more, Swayman just got paid more on a yearly figure. At the very least he should be up there with Hellebuyck at 8.5 per year or more. Fuck the Rangers...just thought I'd throw that in there.

I would've thought the Rangers would be near the top of your favourite 32 teams.

Thanks Yorksie. I actually have a bunch of buddies getting together for the season opener for the first time in years. Apparently there's a lot of optimism going into this season. Not only has this management team changed the culture among the organization, but also with the fans. That's something.

All of this without hiring a GM that was complicit in multiple sexual assaults. So glad I'm not an Oilers fan. What a disgrace.

Come on man, I like you, even though you're a lazy twat...lol...but it's like 6 or 7 teams, not all of them.

Nice, and yes I agree, what a disgrace of a franchise.
