Thank you. This Miller situation seems to have surfaced before with Tocchet. Surely there is a resolution. But the different versions of the Canucks continue. On to the Rangers which will be a tough tough battle.

They were regarded in the league as a good pairing with their numbers last season. This season it seems a number of things has conspired against them. Playing more minutes for extra responsibility has been disappointing.

The fix on splitting them up weakens the rotation of the other pairs. Which is why RT was hesitant to do that. It’s a blemish of needing another top 4 D, and no big Z was not the answer, and Vezina caliber goaltending to cover mistakes.

Canadiens beat the Oilers, Ducks beat the Stars, and the Blue Jackets beat the Bruins, sometimes the NHL doesn't make sense. Although, the Bruins suck and are heading into the toilet. Lindholm hasn't scored in 17 games...enjoy that 7.75 million dollar slug Reuby.

In the case of the Canucks, I am sure it is Miller's fault, for not playing up to his standard and carrying the team on his back, while being Injured.

Also, Lindholm knows he needs to be better, not sure if Pouty does.

Speaking of former teams as the one that traded him to Canucks; didn’t see him fired up on road loss to Bolts.

If anything, the benching should be firing up the team or RT has a real problem on his hands.

David Jiricek is a 20-year-old 6'3 210lbs right-shot defender with pedigree.

I get that the footspeed and overall development haven't hit the levels we hoped for, but if I'm a GM I'm all over taking a chance on him via trade.

I agree here loads, I have mentioned in the past that the forwards do not check the body, they try to strip pucks, what’s wrong with body puck, then they wait a second too late with passes and deflections happen. Passes are behind, in feet or intercepted, feels like 3/4 of the team are clutching their sticks too tight.
