The goaltending is officially an issue but the problems go way deeper than that. The Oilers have arguably only lost three games this season because their goaltending let them down.
October 22nd vs the Hurricanes - 3-2OT loss where the Oilers had the lead in third, Canes pressured and they couldn't hold the lead.

December 6th vs Golden Knights - 4-2 loss where Vegas scored three unanswered goals in rapid succession in the third period.

December 16th against the Leafs - 4-3 OT loss where Bouchard made two awful mistakes, both of which ended up in the back of the net and then not getting the save in OT.

The goaltending has not been solid this season but there are far more losses this season as a result of the rest of the team simply not showing up.

This team needs Kane back badly.

Well Sean! From an outside looking in perspective how in God's creation did Management with one of the oldest rosters in the league allow not one but two early 20's former 1st round picks get offer sheeted & allowed to walk??
