Grans probably coming out of the lineup soon. Either Drysdale returns or get Zamula back in the lineup. - Trox88 When Drysdale returns I would image the defense pairings would be:
Sanheim - York
Risto - Andrae
Drysale - Seeler
7th Zamula
8th EJ
I really think Drsydale needs to be on the 3rd pairing and QB the 2nd PP unit so he is given time to work on his game, assuming he can stay in the lineup.

I'd work on flipping a pick for Jiricek, then try to 3rd team trade for picks, any one of the 200 hundred destined to be AHL players forever, try to save some cap, pass Jiricek to some 3rd team, gain some salary cap space, and maybe pick up another pick. Trade whatever you want. |

I think the Flyers should make a hard push for Jiracek, however they will have to significantly outbid other western conference teams that may want him also, and they may not want to do it. I would give up one of my lower 1st round picks, and either a 2nd or a prospect, at least to start. The good news is the Flyers have veteran and young assets that they can use to sweaten the deal if needed. - jd250
The Flyers don't have what Columbus wants in my opinion unless they're willing to give up someone like Luchanko

Another blown coverage by Laughton - MJL
That was a bad forward shift across the board, none of the Flyers forwards were taking the body, they were all just reaching with their sticks. That was just plain soft. |

Well, if Jiracek was actually playing for Columbus and was able to stay in the lineup, perhaps then Columbus can ask for a lot. If they want a player of equal value, well, Columbus has set the value, a player that may need a change of scenary but has demonstrated he can play. Morgan Frost fits this perfectly, and he is a center which is a valuied position. The Flyers can also think about giving up Drysdale or Andrae, but if I was Briere I would not give up Andrae unless I was completely blown away. But like I said, the Flyers will have to overpay since they are in the same division. |

What is it Columbus wants? Do you have some internal info that is not available to the public? |

That is not what they're looking for. Jiricek was the 6th overall pick in the draft. They're not taking Frost.

Makes sense, just not sure how much Zamula sits, unless he has no future. If that is the case, better to trade him.sooner then later for a draft pick. Johnson will be the 7th with Grans, McDonald, and Samson ready for a call up and a chance.

I would absolutely include Andrae and a pick of that is what it took.
Flyers have the draft picks to overpay if Columbus wanted to go that route.
Frost would be throw in as he still has the lure of a 6th overall pick 2 years ago. Still high end potential. JD would also be a throw in at this time imo.

Apparently there’s a lot of interest in Laughton (again) as a trade candidate. Does DB finally move him? |

Torts said they still want to develop Z, so he should pget swapped in depending on the match ups. |

Not Frost alone, but I think there is a deal to be made with Frost as part of the deal. In the end, it does not matter where Joracek was picked, it only matters if he can play, and not being able to stay in the lineup for a bad Columbus team is pretty damming. Its very similar to Frost being benched on a Flyers team that is in desperate need of centers. |

Though I love Michkov's intention to stick up for TK, it was a dumb penalty and I bet we will not see Michkov for at least the remainder of the 2nd period. I love Michkov so far, but he has got to learn and unfortunately I would sit him for the game. |

It does matter where he was drafted. That plays a big part of his value. |

The Flyers so far as playing a bad game. I don't understand how they can play so well against Vegas and so bad tonight. They making Nashville look like Colorado right now. Michkov benched makes it worse. |
