I dont see anything the Leafs have that would make sense. since we know they are not trading Mitch or Willy.
- senstroll

Probably starts with knies and Cowan and then add from there.

I wouldnt want to part with knies but I think ottawa would want players to help turn the ship around so I doubt leafs have what it takes.

I don’t see any real reason to make a big splash for a top six centre and I don’t want to spend big on assets or cap for a guy to centre the 3rd line. Use the injury time to see if Minten can do the job. If so, focus on a winger or LHD

More importantly….
If Brady is on the block, we need to be in on that

- mr.sir

Nothing from the leafs side would work.
Willy or Marner would have to go the other way...and Brady isnt as good as his brother.

Id be fine losing Knies plus for Brady...but Ottawa would laugh at that.

I'm about 85% certain I saw some Nylander for Trouba proposals on here a few years ago.

Four years ago, trouba was exactly what the leafs needed.

I just can't imagine any package that would be worth it for the Senators.

The Rangers are not a lottery pick team, so draft picks won't be enough.

Are they going to part with Lafreniere? Plus, plus, plus?

- Atomic Wedgie

Exactly. Even if they send lafreniere to Ott the + + would be pretty big.

There is no way Ottawa would that.....it would be horrible. Mayve Trouba and Laff for Brady or Trouba and Smith...but then why would the rangers do that?
- Fakepartofme

I gotta think Ottawa laughs at any of that stuff.

If the Rangers want Tkachuk, I think they would need to start with Fox.

I'd like to thank the City of Toronto, as well as individual shop keepers and real estate management companies, for laying down 40 million tons of salt on the sidewalks.

My dog really, really appreciates it.

Don't think Ottawa would deal with the Leafs unless the Leafs are way overpaying for him.

Same issue up here on the sidewalks - quick as anythign to dump a poop ton of salt down at the mention that it might snow but clearing of the sidewalks (and any non major street) not so much.

When our street actually does get plowed is usually about about 3am - nice and loud to wake everyone up.

We bought some Muttlucks for our dog and as much as he hates them to be put on and walks like a weirdo in them inside as soon as he's outside he's golden.

Pro tip - get ones with the rubber, grippy soles so your pooch has some traction. They also keep the bottom of their feet dryer.

We got these ones because our dog always seems hot and fleece lined shoes just didn't seem necessary.

Could be another good night to buy Leafs' tickets.

It's 2:30 pm, and there's already greens for $120.

Lower bowl for under $200.

Offical trade call with the league hasn't happened yet, so still pending that approval, but it will be defenseman Urho Vaakanainen and a fourth-round pick to the Rangers for Trouba.

Ducks take on full Trouba contract. No salary retained by Rangers.

Will be writing tomorrow. Had to carry 95 laptops up the stairs (5th floor) and did not have it in me to finish what I started writing.

Also, Ek never paid his bills.

There has got to be something Trouba did or someone he really pissed off cause that is a horrible deal for the rangers.
