I've noticed this quite a bit this season. The Wings seem very soft. Where's the leadership on this team? I don't blame Larkin 100%. However, I do fault him somewhat when they stop playing throughout the game.
Truly though, where's the coach firing the team up? Since when is it acceptable to quit because of a poorly timed goal? I'll admit to being a little deflated when that 2nd goal was scored. But that's not time to give up.
Unfortunately, that seems to be this team's MO this season. Last season, they fought back a lot. But there were some significant departures this season when it comes to talent, and apparently leadership.
Fabbri, Walman, and Gostisbhere are all dearly missed. Let's not forget David Perron either. It's time to break up this band and pray some more leaders are acquired, as well as a shake up behind the bench. Although, that probably won't happen until the off-season.

Sure "break up the band", but the only ones that will get you something useful in return are the "untouchables" of Larkin, Raymond, Seider and Eddy! Trading any and most of the rest will not result in something or someone immediately useful! Obviously, the re-build has been lengthened by several years with the moves that were made this summer!!!
