the level of delusion that leads seemingly reasonably "normal" people to buy into Trump's schtick is truly mind-boggling. I live in the States - have done for 25+ years - what I cannot get my head around is how anyone can believe a word this guy says.

1) Going to reduce fuel prices - I'll not be holding my breath on that one
2) Going to reduce food prices - ditto
3) Has already released his tax revisions - personally I'm satisfied - but then again I'm not living paycheck to paycheck or thereabouts - which a majority of his most ardent supports seem to be
4) still talking about making life better for coal miners and America's forgotten workers? how can anyone take any of this stuff credibly
5) wants to move to a more meritocracy ... I guess that means his kids won't be getting jobs in the administration

I'm in the same boat. What Myers did was far more egregious. He got off lucky. Frankly McDavid's shot was more in the neck area, but Myers was right in the face. McDavid's is retaliation and quite frankly the refs should be questioned why they can't do their (frank)ing job ever leading to this type of overreaction. It's total bullpoop. There were at least 4 penalties committed on that play by Garland.

Myers hits Bouchard after the whistle, slashes and Bouchard skates towards to talk some poop - takes out his mouthguard and gets the crosscheck to the face . . .
